Monday after last day of Fairfax County schools close, practices will shift to the morning; uses whole pool before it opens to all residents, same 1 hour sessions sorted by age, 7am-10am Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri. Mini-Cyclones will also start this day, 8-10am, 30 min sessions, three days a week. No morning practices on Wednesdays due to PM meets. |
| mid-June | Evaluation | In-practice evaluation of swimmers to ensure all can swim one pool length unassisted |
| mid-June | Time Trials | A practice home meet, usually on a Saturday morning, with no opponent; provides baseline times for swimmers. All swimmers are asked to participate inTime Trials. This is also a practice meet for parent volunteers. |
| late June | Meets | 6-8 meets per season against 1-2 opposing teams, into late July, Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings, each roughly 3 hours; locations home or away, Centreville to Herndon |

| late July | End of season party | Banquet and swim party to celebrate the season, awards ceremony, thank parent volunteers and sponsors |
